Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities across the group’s services and verticals.
- Drive Revenue: Create and implement winning strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships and long-term client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire a team of BD professionals toward high performance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—tech, operations, marketing—to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Deliver clear and actionable insights to senior management through periodic performance updates.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- A seasoned BD professional with 5+ years of proven success in sales, partnerships, or growth roles
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly results-driven
- A visionary leader with experience managing and growing teams
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-service environment.
