Job Title: Manager

Summary
- With a focus on agility, innovation, and excellence, we’re seeking a dynamic Manager to lead daily operations, optimize systems, and drive growth as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, procurement, logistics, and sales
- Develop and implement operational systems to improve efficiency
- Manage and supervise a small but growing team across departments
- Coordinate inventory, supply chain activities, and vendor relations
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Support budgeting, cost management, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements for continuous growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
