Job Description
- We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher with a strong background in the IGCSE curriculum.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing students for IGCSE English Language and Literature exams and a commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the IGCSE syllabus.
- Prepare students thoroughly for IGCSE exams in both Language and Literature.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback through tests, assignments, and mock exams.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain academic records and reports.
- Support extracurricular literacy and communication activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience teaching IGCSE English.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for student success and academic excellence.
Preferred:
- Teaching certification (e.g., PGDE, TRCN).
- Experience with online/virtual instruction tools (optional).
