Job Description

  • We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher with a strong background in the IGCSE curriculum.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing students for IGCSE English Language and Literature exams and a commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered learning.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the IGCSE syllabus.
  • Prepare students thoroughly for IGCSE exams in both Language and Literature.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback through tests, assignments, and mock exams.
  • Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain academic records and reports.
  • Support extracurricular literacy and communication activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience teaching IGCSE English.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for student success and academic excellence.

Preferred:

  • Teaching certification (e.g., PGDE, TRCN).
  • Experience with online/virtual instruction tools (optional).
