Nkafamiya Rescue Mission (NRM) is an independent child rights organization committed to supporting vulnerable and marginalized children and their communities to be free from poverty. By actively connecting committed people with powerful ideas, we work together to make positive, deep-rooted and lasting changes in children and young people’s lives.

Over the years our approach to humanitarian assistance has evolved from conflict relief activities, to post-conflict support, to long-term community development and emergency assistance that helps children, their families and their communities in north east Nigeria.

Position: Hygiene Promoters
Organization: Nkafamiya Rescue Mission
Location: Michika & Madagali
Duration: Four (4) months with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate communities about proper hygiene practices through workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions.
• Collaborate with local leaders and organizations to develop tailored hygiene programs that address community-specific needs.
• Distribute essential hygiene supplies and demonstrate correct usage to ensure lasting impact.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hygiene initiatives, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
HYGIENE PROMOTERS
• Inspire and empower individuals to become hygiene advocates within their communities.
