Job Summary

Key Focus Areas
- Change management & culture alignment
- Tech Talent acquisition & onboarding
- Performance management systems
- HR operations & policy implementation
- Remote team engagement using tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, Jira, Asana etc.
What You’ll Need
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years HR generalist experience
- Strong recruitment & performance management background
- Experience with remote teams and digital collaboration tools.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / Month.
