Role Overview
- As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Specialist to support their HR operations and talent acquisition efforts.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions related to the recruitment and administration of security personnel.
- This includes sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining compliance for candidates deployed to various client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for security roles
- Write and publish job adverts, screen CVs, and conduct interviews
- Perform background checks and validate documentation
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Provide HR support to deployed personnel and liaise with client representatives
- Assist with performance monitoring and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Prior experience working with security personnel or in a similar industry is an advantage

N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
