Job Description
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team.
- The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other organizations.
- proficient in using microsoft packages.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
- Foster a positive and engaging brand image through all marketing channels.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles/sales with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

- Must live close to Magboro
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 / month.
