We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Pastry Chef
Location: Lagos City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Design and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
- Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
- Oversee daily baking operations and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Monitor baking processes and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Train and supervise pastry assistants and junior bakers.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
- Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State.
