Job Description
- An experienced HR Manager to provide full Employee service to the technical and support departments in an Oil Field Service & Exploration & Production Company.
- The individual will support the HR business partner to address resourcing and employee Service needs.
- Communicating HR Policies and Procedures to staff members.
- Providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and professional development of their line re
- Collaborating with the HR Business Partner & senior management to align HR strategies with the organization’s goals.
Requirements
- A B.Sc. Degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
- The ideal candidate is an experienced, dynamic, and strategic HR professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role overall minimum of 10 years HR role, preferably within the Upstream oil & gas or related sectors.
- They should be highly proficient in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, and HR operations
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to align HR practices with business goals.
- Experience with statutory compliance and engagement with regulatory bodies such as NAPIMS/NEOL is a plus
- Process oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
