About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Female Marketing Staff with proven experience in the insurance industry to join our growing team.
- This is a hybrid role based on Lagos Island, offering flexibility, performance-based incentives, and a vibrant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Generate leads through digital channels and physical outreach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide timely and professional follow-up with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
- Must be female (gender-specific requirement for team balance).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and proficient in digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setup.
