We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements
Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certification in Customer Experience or CRM is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer experience management, or customer service.
  • Experience in a customer-centric leadership role, strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
