Job Title: Business Development & Credit Solutions Lead

Description
- They are seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and relationship management efforts across Abuja and the Northern region.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business within the financial services, insurance, fintech, and IT (software) sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with data providers and bureau subscribers.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Abuja and across Northern Nigeria.
- Execute relationship management plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Introduce new service offerings and generate demand for CRC’s products and solutions.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets across various offerings.
- Recommend improvements in marketing strategy and customer engagement to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure service delivery in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a University Degree in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline.
- 5 – 7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and detail-orientation skills.
- Must currently reside in Abuja.
