Job Title: Business Development & Credit Solutions Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

  • They are seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and relationship management efforts across Abuja and the Northern region.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business within the financial services, insurance, fintech, and IT (software) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with data providers and bureau subscribers.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Abuja and across Northern Nigeria.
  • Execute relationship management plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Introduce new service offerings and generate demand for CRC’s products and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets across various offerings.
  • Recommend improvements in marketing strategy and customer engagement to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Ensure service delivery in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a University Degree in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline.
  • 5 – 7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and detail-orientation skills.
  • Must currently reside in Abuja.
