Job Description
- As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for handling daily HR tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Supervise payroll input, leave tracking, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain proper documentation of income and expenses
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare space
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
