Job Summary

  • As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales management or a related role
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing and sales strategies
