Job Title: Modern Trade Executive – Cosmetics

Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced Modern Trade Executives to join our sales team across multiple locations: Abuja (FCT), Benin (Edo State), Port Harcourt, Enugu, and Owerri.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and growing modern trade accounts in their assigned regions, executing sales strategies, and building strong retail partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned location
- Build and maintain relationships with key modern trade outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.)
- Develop and implement customer-specific activation and account plans
- Monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and in-store merchandising
- Track sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide timely reports
- Resolve client issues and ensure top-notch customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support trade execution
- Roll out monthly initiatives and promotions across assigned accounts
- Conduct regular store visits and retail audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- An analytical mindset with good market knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the FCT.
