They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Programs Officer
Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, plus occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively work with other project team members to maximize productivity.
- Develop, maintain, and track project work plans, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule and to expected quality standards.
- Provide timely and accurate project updates through both verbal briefings and comprehensive written reports to management.
- Consistently uphold the confidentiality of stakeholders and demonstrate a strong commitment to donor expectations and project integrity.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
- Understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Strong understanding of governance systems and policy framework, human right based approaches and education sector.
- Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with community engagements.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
