Job Title: Head of Sales – B2B (Self-Adhesive Tape)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Reports To: AGM – Sales & Marketing

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Head of Sales (B2B) to lead sales efforts for Self-Adhesive Tape solutions within the industrial and OEM sectors.
  • This role will be pivotal in developing client relationships, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth through effective forecasting, reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for Self-Adhesive Tape products within the Nigerian market.
  • Identify customer potential and generate competitive quotations.
  • Prepare and submit trial reports based on customer feedback.
  • Develop and manage product-wise sales forecasts and budgets (monthly/yearly).
  • Submit daily call/activity reports by close of business each day.
  • Follow up on payment collections in collaboration with customer service.
  • Coordinate order approvals with the customer service team.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Engineering or Sciences.
  • Experience: 7 – 10 years in B2B sales, preferably in Carton, Flexible Packaging, or Film within OEM environments.
  • Age Range: 35 – 45 years.
  • Proven experience managing a team and taking full responsibility for team outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits
N750,000 – N1,000,000 / Month + Monthly Incentives (Negotiable for ideal candidates with relevant experience).
