Job Summary
- We are hiring on behalf of our client in the paint industry for the role of Decorative Paint Applicator in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will support product sampling, train painters and contractors, and provide technical assistance on-site to address application-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site product sampling and application demonstrations.
- Train painters and contractors on the correct use and application techniques for various decorative paint products.
- Offer technical support and solutions for on-site product complaints.
- Assist the sales team by providing technical insight and support during client engagements.
- Monitor field application results and provide feedback to the technical and sales teams.
- Keep records of training and support visits across assigned locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in decorative paint application or technical support roles.
- Excellent understanding of paint products, surfaces, and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in training delivery.
Remuneration
- Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 (NET) Monthly.
