Job Summary
- Are you a result-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate?
- We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our dynamic team and help us grow our client base, close property deals, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Promote and sell properties to clients both online and offline.
- Schedule and conduct site inspections with potential buyers.
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads consistently.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good knowledge of Lagos property market is an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, confident, and sales-oriented.
