The team you would join

  • Sun King’s Human Resources team works with the people operations and productivity of more than 2,000 employees and 15,000 commission sales agents globally.  Given the company’s growth orientation, Sun King’s HR function is dynamic and people-centric.

About the Role

  • The Senior Admin Associate will manage all administrative activities in the organization.
  • In this role, the person will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the office, staff welfare services, oversee cost control of the admin function, logistics (local and international), facility maintenance and others.

Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:

  • Ensure safe day-to-day running of the office, welfare services, facility maintenance, lunch etc. whilst ensuring employees present in the office are safety compliant.
  • Coordinate office janitors and technicians and ensured the pantry/kitchen, restroom and office space are neatly arranged and safe for employees.
  • Oversee office inventory management like HR Stationery and other kitchen provisions.
  • Management of flight agency vendors and other vendors to optimize i.e., get best value for cost. 
  • Timely communication (at least 72hrs before travel) of flight itinerary to staff after completing due approvals.
  • Ensure timely reservations of hotels for staff (new joiners and existing staff). Making sure hotel itinerary is sent to staff concerned at least 24hrs before arrival. 
  • Ensure that all the required work tools are given to all new joiners (office and field based) on the day of resumption. Work tools include laptop bag, ID card, Business card, welcome kit, staff shirt, preparation of office for physical onboarding etc and communicate promptly if any delays.
  • Ensure cost control in the admin department, look for creative ways to save cost whilst not compromising on value.
  • Support in coordinating staff engagement activities.  
  • Contact person for receiving office mail correspondences.
  • Ensure effective and timely health care administration (registration/enrolment, reimbursement, complains) for both current and new employees from end-to-end. Staff enrolment details to be sent to HMO latest 1 hour of staff registration submission.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies of office supplies.
  • other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you:

  • Have HND/B.Sc from a reputable institution, preferably a background in Business Administration or related course.
  • Have minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Have good knowledge of Flight and hotel bookings
  • Are proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Have exceptional ability to manage payments, budgets, expenditures, office operations.
  • Are able to manage people
  • Are able to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
  • Have In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
  • Have excellent people skills.
