Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Confirm laundries and inspect the quality of wash and fold, wash and iron and drycleaning.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Minium of 1 year experience as a customer representative or any related role.
- Experience working in a laundary company or hospitality sector is an added advantage.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / Month.
