- Join our client’s high-performing finance team as a Credit Control Supportand play a key role in managing receivables, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting financial reporting within a dynamic, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and review receivables and credit control reports weekly/monthly.
- Reconcile customer accounts and manage dunning messages.
- Maintain customer master data and verify refunds.
- Collaborate with the Credit Control Team Lead and ensure ERP system efficiency.
- Support audit preparations, statutory reporting, and taxation.
- Provide revenue and credit analysis reports for decision-making.
- Ensure all financial reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (credit control, cost control, treasury).
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP/MS Dynamics/SAGE), and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Experience in the shipping/maritime industry is a plus.
