Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate Coordinator (Intern) to join our finance team.
- This internship offers hands-on experience in tax preparation, compliance, and reporting, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insight into corporate taxation and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax.
- Support the tax team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data for tax reporting purposes.
- Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Maintain tax records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and reconciliations related to tax activities.
- Support coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Stay updated on current tax laws and regulatory changes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to finance and tax operations as assigned.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Accounting or any field
- Strong academic foundation in tax, accounting, or financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
