We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Personnel

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support for hardware (computers, projectors, printers) and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network problems, system errors, and connectivity issues.

ICT Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintain and update school IT systems, servers, and local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Ensure the proper functioning of internet access and intranet systems.

User Support & Training:

  • Assist teachers and students in using educational software, online platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams), and e-learning tools.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
  • Perform regular maintenance and backups to ensure data safety.

Inventory and Resource Management:

  • Keep an inventory of ICT equipment and manage their allocation and repair.
  • Recommend and plan for ICT improvements or new technology adoption.

Support Digital Learning:

  • Help integrate technology into teaching and learning processes.
  • Assist with digital assessments, e-library systems, and student records management.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or ICT-related roles.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining hardware and software systems.
  • Good knowledge of computer networks and server management.
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools (e.g., LMS, digital whiteboards).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
