We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Strategic Objective

  • Ensure seamless execution of logistics operations by synchronizing procurement, warehousing, and distribution functions in alignment with supply chain optimization goals.

Core Deliverables

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of domestic logistics processes with a focus on real-time tracking, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance units to align inventory flow with business demand.
  • Optimize route planning and dispatch strategies to reduce operational cost and delivery turnaround time.
  • Implement process control mechanisms that flag delays, inefficiencies, or stock discrepancies before escalation.
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards, including transportation permits and vendor agreements.
  • Track logistics KPIs across delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, lead time, and vendor performance, with weekly data reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics coordination or supply chain experience.
  • Solid proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software tools.
  • High analytical acumen with a solution-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to function in time-sensitive, process-driven environments

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
