Job Title: Marketing Officer (Female)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Officer,” Preferably a female, for gender balance” to identify and engage new clients for our facility management services. 
• The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and promoting our services to hospitals, schools, corporate offices, and similar institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in target sectors such as healthcare, education, and corporate organizations.
• Present and promote the company’s facility services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services).
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain a database of prospective and current clients and track interactions.
• Support the development of marketing materials tailored to different industries.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, client feedback, and market insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in facility or service-related industries.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of facility management services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
