Job Description
- Our client is a fast-growing financial services provider focused specifically on loan products tailored to meet the needs of individuals, corporates, SMEs, and MSMEs.Â
- As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with proven experience in loan sales to lead the sales function, acquire clients, and manage a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the loan sales team to exceed performance targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Acquire new clients while deepening relationships with existing ones.
- Promote and grow sales of loan products for individuals, payroll clients, SMEs, and MSMEs.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure high-quality, compliant loan origination.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and report insights to management.
- Contribute to business planning and ensure alignment with regulatory policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial product sales, especially loans.
- Proven success working with corporates, SMEs, and MSMEs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strategic, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
