Job Summary
- The Regional Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple store locations within a designated region.Â
- This role involves developing regional sales plans, supporting shop managers, evaluating store performances, and ensuring that each location meets the company’s standards for quality and customer service.Â
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in retail management
Responsiblities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide day-to-day support to shop managers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Ensure all branches represent the Hans & René brand consistently and uphold company standards.
- Evaluate store and individual performances, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Monitor sales results and report on regional performance to senior management.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock and sales transactions.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate supplies ordering and delivering for store operations.
