Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop drawing of Control panels, Synchronization panels, Transformers, MCCs.
- Ensures that the Electrical Technicians complete deliverables as scheduled.
- Prepares single line diagrams, electrical calculations, cable sizing, specifications for electrical materials,
- Prepares requisitions for Electrical materials procurement as required in the Workshop.
- Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specs.
- Interfaces with CSD Supervisor and Technical Manager for engineering related Issues.
- Ensure electrical technicians follow relevant procedures, international standards and Mantrac General Specifications.
- Attend FAT for Electrical engineering activities and relevant technical evaluation.
- Checks that the design is developed in line with the design, Pre-project studies and the Statement of Requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years’ experience electrical/wiring jobs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills.
