Job Summary
- The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and increasing the market presence of Erisco products in the Oke Arin region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to meet company targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Engage in direct marketing and field sales to promote Erisco products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely supply of products to customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Must reside in or around Oke Arin, Lagos.
