Job Summary
- As the Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the beauty brand, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and in alignment with brand standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across retail stores, salons, or treatment centers.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory, and stock replenishment in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for sales by territory and brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, preferably in retail, hospitality, or beauty.
- Proficient in operations management software.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
