Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.Â
- In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that align with the client’s needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Team-Ace and its clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years minimum experience in same field
- Relevant certifications in sales and/or business development.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.​
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
