Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary
- As the IT Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and systems across all operational sites.Â
- This role is key to supporting digital transformation, ensuring data security, maintaining uptime, and enabling efficient restaurant operations across the brand portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, cloud infrastructure, and network security, preferably in the QSR or food & beverage industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team to ensure effective task execution and manage and monitor the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery, and diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure system and data security and oversee vendor management for hardware/software procurement and services.
- Assist in budgeting and manage departmental expenditures for cost-effectiveness and document IT systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Experience in the QSR or food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing IT teams and systems.
- Expertise in networking, databases, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 Gross
