Job Summary

  • As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that support employee development and organizational growth.
  • This role focuses on talent development, knowledge management, and continuous learning across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps and determine training needs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and manage quarterly and annual training programs and plan and present all technical and supply-related training requirements.
  • Monitor employee attendance and performance during training sessions and track and measure employee progress and training success.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training courses and implement training KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs/workshops and proficiency in leading a full training cycle.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and succession planning.
