Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DSE)
Location: Abuja (FCT) / Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Regional Sales Lead
Job Summary
- As a DSE, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source new leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.
- Promote and present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver engaging product pitches and client presentations.
- Log all client interactions and sales activities accurately using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client engagement and business development.
Salary
N167,000 Monthly.
