Summary

  • We are looking at hiring a resource that possess the ability tobuild and lead a team of salespeople to help drive revenue. Sales managerwho has the capability tomotivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • He/She has theresponsibility of ensuringthe success of their company’s sales department. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.
  • We are looking for a high-performing manager to help us meet oursales targetand revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive, sales growthand innovate.
  • Responsible for maximizingthesales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to management.
