We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Team Lead, Centralized Admin

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and validate purchase and non-purchase order matched vendor invoices and submit for payment approval
- Capture all manual invoices received via SLA Platform and ensure there is no bridge and review in line with Centralized Admin checklist for invoice processing
- Ensure stakeholders align with specified control measures/bank policies
- Review approved invoices and process payment for approved invoices in a payment batch
- Monitor and ensure prompt payment of approved medical bills
- Monitor and review the daily call-over for both vendor ana medical invoices paid
- Reconciliation of Foreign Vendor Payment Account
- Generate account analysis report and undertake monthly account reconciliation
- Manage the maintenance of the strong room/safes through Service Level Agreement established with. outsourced vendors to sustain high level performance of the doors/Cash safes bank wide to avoid service failure.
- Respond to issues with respect to the maintenance of vault doors and safes as well as call outs across the Bank’s branch network to ensure vendors’ compliance with set standards.
- Monitor performance parameters to compare and influence vault maintenance vendors to meet performance objectives to ensure the provision of efficient service delivery
- Arrange periodic Business Review Meetings with vault maintenance vendors to ensure they are abreast of the Bank’s performance parameters with the overall aim of improving service delivery.
- Document appropriate response to the department’s budget variance which is an importance process for monitoring budget implementation
- Coordinate the delivery of stationery items from Apapa stores to Head — Office departments
- Distributions and management of Head Office Toiletries
- Ensure tight level focus, periodic review of performance of the unit through feedback and engaging corrective measures.
- Comply with the principles and policies in the information Security Handbook as it affects document management, display of sensitive document etc.
- Comply with other administrative duties as may be assigned.
- Maintain and track the leave schedule for the team
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Education: A good First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
- Minimum experience: 5 years branch working experience.
