Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT); Owerri – Imo; Victoria Island, Ikeja, Apapa – Lagos; Port Harcourt – Rivers; and Ogun
Employment Type: Contract (3 months contract)
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms), community outreach, and referrals.
- Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and cross-sell Nova Bank’s retail products and services to individuals and SMEs.
- Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit
- Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned location.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on field
- Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and
- Work closely with the Retail Sales Team to deliver on strategic market penetration objectives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Cluster Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc Degree (minimum Second-Class Lower) in any discipline from a recognized institution or HND (Upper or Lower Credit) qualification.
- Age: Not more than 30 years old at the time of application.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services industry is an added advantage.
