We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Technician – Honeywell Flour Mills
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time
Purpose of the Job
- The Mechanical Technician will be charged with the responsibility of carrying out maintenance on all the factory equipment with instructions and specifications.
The Job
- Repair any fault or damage in the machines such as production, packaging, warehouse, raw material silo, boilers, and chillers any area where service is needed.
- Carry out all kinds of maintenance strictly with the use of checklist/Machine drawing.
- Report any malfunction or damage items to the superior.
- Keep proper record of time taken for job completion, spare parts replacement and report observation made for future planning.
- Carryout Why-Why analysis on repeated problems and troubleshoot problems to aid effective maintenance.
- Participate fully in the achievement of KPI And the objective assigned to you.
Qualifications
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- NABTEB / Trade Test.
Experience:
- 2 years in similar industry.
- Technical Certifications will be an added advantage.
The Person Must:
- Ability to achieve and maintain high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
- Must possess clear and accurate reporting skills as well as proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Assertiveness and ability to defend position on quality related matters.
