Join Christian Aid’s Service Desk team as a first-line ICT support professional. Your role will be crucial in delivering effective and efficient ICT support to our global staff, ensuring high standards of customer service. The key responsibilities include providing prompt and effective technical support, resolving issues at the first point of contact; managing user network and systems accounts, handling hardware and software setup and configuration; diagnosing, documenting, and escalating issues to other ICT support teams as necessary; participating in emergency response efforts and assisting with office setup and closure within your region; and translating instructions or procedures when required.
