Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to manage a designated route, selling our products to existing and new customers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a designated route, visiting existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Sell products to customers, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Process sales orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Promote products, services, and promotions to customers, and provide product demonstrations and training as required.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to management to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and transport products, as well as spend long hours on the road.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
