Care possibilities International Ministries (CPIM) is a possibility Organization, powered by Possibilitarians and designed to deliver educational support to struggling schools and studentsin rural towns and villages We power possibilities amongst the less privileged when all hope seem lost. 

Experience2 – 5 years
Location Lagos.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Remote and Onsite with occasional travel for stakeholders meetings. 

Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 –  (We will review salary after 6 months probationary period)

CPIM is an NGO powered and designed to deliver educational support to struggling schools and students. We provide for targeted struggling schools in small towns and cities by equipping school libraries and classrooms. We collaborate and partner with local schools, missions, state government, and local authorities to achieve the above. At CPIM Africa, we are committed to tackling educational challenges locally and nationally from global perspectives. Through our innovative network of community partnerships, we provide financial assistance and practical solutions for individuals with academic/educational challenges. 

As an Administrator and engagement officer, you will ensure the seamless operation of our charitable network activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and community-based partners to deliver high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate data, and drive improvements in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CPIM administrative structure and office. 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team and CPIM volunteers for effective operations.
  • Facilitate working relationships between CPIM and the local or broader community and among its volunteers. 
  • Work with the senior leadership team to identify issues and obstacles that prevent the organisation from mobilising initiatives and creating opportunities. Collaborate with the Management Team to develop plans to overcome these issues with long-term sustainable solutions.
  • Promote new ideas, initiatives and goals. These new ideas will help the organisation reinforce our vision, mission and values. 
  • Develop a good working relationship with the CEO. 
  • Diarise CPIM events and manage its calendar. 
  • Manage CPIM virtual meetings and virtual office and initiate new technological approaches to meeting and collaborating. 
  • Inbox Management: Manage and respond to daily queries received in inboxes, focusing on efficient communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Administrative Expertise: Strong background in administration with experience managing records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences.
  • Technical/Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, understanding Social Media dynamics and applications. 
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills to manage workload effectively.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive problem solver with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support partner communications.

Desirable Skills/Education:

  • Knowledge of NGO operations and education challenges young people face in Nigeria and Africa or experience in the charity sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • BA/BSC or HND
