Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HORECA Sales Manager to join our team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling to major hotels, restaurants, and caterers within the Abuja market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Horeca sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HORECA sales within Abuja.
