Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of factory experience and a strong background in mechanical maintenance.
- This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal factory operations.
- The successful candidate must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance checks on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective repair solutions.
- Replace worn-out or defective mechanical components to ensure smooth operations.
- Overhaul mechanical systems and machinery as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Work closely with other technicians and engineers to maintain efficient factory operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance system reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Salary
N105,000 per month.
