Job Title: Supermarket Sales Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with supermarket managers and staff. This involves understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- promote the company’s products within the supermarket.
- Negotiate for favorable shelf placement, organize product demonstrations, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked, and managing inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to the supermarket.
- Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Valid driving license
- Relevant FMCG sales experience
- Retail experience, especially in a grocery store environment, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
