Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in IT support, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with server administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and data protection.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
