Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced CCTV/Access Control Project Manager (who will also function as an ELV Manager) to lead the full lifecycle of our security system projects. With 10+ years of experience under your belt, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier solutions, primarily focusing on CCTV, biometric access control, and other essential ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of security system projects, from initiation to closure.
- Design and implement systems that meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices.
- Manage a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain thorough documentation.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and client handover.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
- Stay uptodate with the latest security technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Security Systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Hikvision certification) are a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of proven experience in CCTV, biometric access control, and ELV systems project management.
- Deep technical understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control panels, biometrics, ANPR, visitor management systems, alarms, and turnstiles.
- Experience with software integration and customization is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and IP network design for surveillance systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience managing vendors and suppliers.
