Job Title: Corporate Modern Trade Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Modern Trade Executive to drive sales growth, build strategic relationships with key modern trade partners, and ensure optimal brand visibility. 
  • This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the modern trade landscape and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and market share within the modern trade channel.
  • Identify and onboard new modern trade partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to plan promotions, product displays, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with modern trade partners to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and efficient merchandising in all outlets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in modern trade sales, corporate sales, or key account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the modern trade sector and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
