Job Summary
- As our Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, expanding market share, and fostering strategic partnerships within the asset management sector.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of investment products, institutional and high-net-worth client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate business prospects across the entire spectrum of the company’s target segments, by undertaking the initiation and development of business proposals and facilitating sales pitches for existing and prospective clients.
- Aggressive identification, prioritization, and management of corporate relationships with strategic partners to provide business development results for the business.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports showing sales trends, performance, projections, liquidations, and terminations, to identify business opportunities and mitigate events that can affect the business adversely.
- Continuously monitor developments in the domestic and international macroeconomic environment in general and the financial markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional working experience in the financial service industry.
- Familiarity and existing relationships with local and offshore institutional mandates are a plus.
Salary
- NGN 20,000,000 – NGN 24,000,00 Annual
- Transport Allowance –Â N100,000Â per month.
