Job Description
- The General Manager, Security Operations, will lead and oversee all security functions within the organization, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.Â
- This role requires a high level of expertise in security management, operational oversight, and team leadership to safeguard assets, personnel, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites.
- Manage security risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise and mentor security teams, ensuring high-performance standards.
- Manage security budgets and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in strategic security planning and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience liaising with government security agencies and industry regulators.
